The word Diwali comes from “Deepavali”, meaning “row of lamps".

It marks the triumph of light over darkness and good over the evil in Lord Ram's return to his home after defeating the demon king Raavan. In India, it is the biggest festival of the year. Every house, every office is full of sweets and is lit up with colours and lights everywhere.

After two years, we are happy to be celebrating Diwali again on Campus, even though in a smaller circle. We have a limited number of tickets available and they are priced 3,- EUR per ticket. The tickets will be sold on Tuesday and Wednesday (02. + 03.11.) at the International Office during these times:

  • 08:30 - 09:30
  • 12:30 - 13:30
  • 16:00 - 17:00

Please note: you will have to sign in with your name and matriculation number to complete the purchase. You can purchase max. 1 extra ticket for another SRH student with their written consent only.
