Water is life. Water is an extremely valuable natural resource.

Water is life. Water is an extremely valuable natural resource. It is both a basic human need and a valuable commodity possessed by all living things. Water is essential for plant and animal life. Considering that only 3% of water is fresh water, most of which is frozen. The accelerating change in water resources is a complex issue with many different facets. However, climate change is undoubtedly one of the most important drivers of change, and it is important that we understand its impact so that we can adapt our management of water resources accordingly.

The theme of World Water Day 2023, "Accelerating Change," would draw attention to this invisible resource, improve knowledge sharing and collaboration, and make people aware of the importance of protecting our water resources.
