A self-awareness workshop for future female managers.
More and more people believe that the opportunities for developing leadership skills in young adults are unevenly distributed - much to the detriment of women. This workshop looks at some of the latest science-backed findings to create understanding, generate (self-)awareness and boost confidence. Because it all starts with your attitude!
Programme:
- 10:00 - 12:30 I Intro + Warm-up I Leadership Identity I Why are we here? What do we expect? Getting to know (and trust) each other.
- 12:30 - 13:00 Coffee break with snacks
- 13:00 - 14:30 I Leadership Identity II & Theory Definition, meaning and interpretation of leadership. Necessities and obstacles to becoming a good leader - from a female perspective. Importance of dealing with initiative, risk, competition and rivalry.
- 14:30 - 16:00 I Krav Maga External MMA expert Creating self-confidence and strengthening self-confidence.
- 16:00 - 18:30 I Women + Leadership External manager shares her own experiences. Q+A with external manager
- 18:30 - 19:00 I Outro + Pizza Summary of the day and outlook for the future
By participating in the workshop, you are entitled to take part in the regular Leadership "Stammtisch" meetings that take place afterwards.
