The focus of the Democratia-Aqua-Technica is on the development of innovative technical solution concepts for sustainable water resource management to promote the reduction of regional and local water conflicts.

Democratia-Aqua-Technica
The interdisciplinary network Democratia-Aqua-Technica, founded in 2019 by SRH University Heidelberg and the University of Novi Sad, focuses on the development of innovative solutions for sustainable water resource management to promote the reduction of water conflicts. In 2023 the project-based events are planned with partner universities from Slovenia, Hungary, Romania and Turkey.
Learning from others – that is not only the principle within each individual university, but also beyond. The exchange between the universities makes it possible to develop new ideas together and work on them.
